Consulting fees
Consultation Services begins with a working session to talk through what the organization needs, to allow time to come up with a strategy that fits. Sometimes that is all an organization needs. When the need is a project, like a curriculum or a training program, Project Work is the next phase, priced by the deliverable itself before any work begins. Please note that this is different from the free 15-minute consultation: that one is simply a chance to say hello, while Consultation Services is where the actual strategizing happens.
